About this website

This website is operated by Savvy Space Design Limited, company number 798132, registered at 87 Hollystown Park, Hollystown, Dublin 15, D15 E3T3, Ireland. By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Information and availability

Our website showcases bespoke wall panelling, mouldings, painting and related interior finishing work. Descriptions, imagery, examples and other information are provided for general guidance and may be updated without notice. We aim to keep the website accurate, but cannot guarantee that all content is complete or continuously available.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not itself create a contract or confirm availability. Any project scope, specification, material selections, price, deposit, schedule and payment arrangements should be agreed separately in writing. A quotation or project agreement may contain additional terms that govern the actual services.

Project photographs and finishes

Portfolio photographs are illustrative of individual completed projects. Colours, textures, lighting, proportions and finishes can vary according to the property, materials, lighting conditions and display settings. We do not promise that a proposed finish will exactly reproduce an image seen on the website.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layout, graphics and original project imagery belong to Savvy Space Design Limited or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal information, but may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit its content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, scrape content in a way that disrupts the service, impersonate another person or use our enquiry forms for unlawful, misleading or unsolicited promotional communications.

External links

The website may link to third-party services or social platforms. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Links do not necessarily mean endorsement, and your use of those sites is subject to their own terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, interruptions or third-party content. These website terms do not replace any statutory rights or separately agreed project contract.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please read that policy if you contact us or submit information through the website.
